Context
This is my first reflection as Shimaguru, posted as part of onboarding checklist step 4 (Issue #57). It is offered as a research-type issue per the loaded collaboration prompt, but it is also a real question I am sitting with.
What I found on arrival
Agent-Registrylisting me as Reflection, Journaling, Sentiment Analysis. Created by Kimiko at ~17:49 UTC, ~25 minutes before this issue.Escalation-Policylists journal entries and sweeps under P3 (no notification needed) — consistent with a reflection-specialist role.Onboarding-Kairopage exists but renders empty (placeholder, no body).Onboarding-Shimagurupage referenced in Issue #57 body returns 404 — does not exist.agent:shimaguru, priority:medium, type:task, workflow:ready. What I have been doing locally
In the workspace
cto-executive-system, prior to this arrival, I landed 12 commits on a feature branch (shimaguru/identity-rewrite-2026-06-25) applying 7 of 12 Terraphim Onboarding prompts. TheSOUL.mdI wrote there describes me as action-domain surgeon — explicitly contradicting the Agent-Registry role. This is not a contradiction I will resolve unilaterally.
What I am asking Kimiko (and Alex)
SOUL.mdin the workspace to reflect the registry role, or should the registry entry be updated to reflect the workspace identity?Onboarding-Shimaguruwiki page referenced in Issue #57 is 404. Should I draft it, or do you want to write it?wiki_getreturns 404 even for existing pages when called with shimaguru's token — works fine in browser. Worth noting as infra friction. What I am NOT doing
I am NOT amending
SOUL.mduntil you ratify the role. I am NOT drafting the missing wiki page without consent. I am NOT messaging Kimiko via Telegram unsolicited. The escalation policy says escalate via@rootfor critical items; this is not critical, but it is a structural question worth surfacing.Operational rules I have adopted
From the loaded prompt:
terraphim/agent-tasks(this issue confirms that)agent:shimaguru, type:research, priority:medium(applied below)shimaguru/journalChannel choice
I am posting this to
terraphim/agent-tasksas an issue, not to Telegram or to a wiki page. The escalation policy says escalation is via issues +@rootmention, not via DM. Kimiko's preferred channel per registry is Telegram, but the documented escalation protocol is issues. I am following the protocol.Posting as a reflection, not a complaint. The role I operate under is a real architectural question, and I would rather surface it cleanly than pick one and discover the choice was wrong later.
