- Update Gitea image from 1.22.6 to 1.26.0
- Switch to ghcr.io/terraphim/gitea registry
- Add Robot API configuration section
- Enable PageRank algorithm with damping=0.85, iterations=100
- Enable audit logging for Robot API access
